Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
At DAMN CLOTHES, we are also very committed to providing excellent customer service and strive to provide the best service possible. Therefore, we recommend contacting our customer service team (help@damnclothes.es) to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Yes, we do process refunds or reprints in the following cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- The printout has serious errors, such as severely outdated colors or poorly aligned design.
- There are logistical problems, such as loss of the order or excessive delays attributable to the supplier.
- The customer receives an incorrect product model, size or design.
We do not accept refunds in the following cases:
- When the customer changes his mind after placing the order.
- If there was an error in the size selection and the product was sent as requested.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There's often a processing time before you see a refund.

Items on sale
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes
Since we work with Gelato, a company that handles print-on-demand products, we do not physically exchange products once they have been shipped. However, we do offer solutions in the following cases:
- If the product received is incorrect in size, model or design (different from the one requested).
- If there are manufacturing defects or printing errors attributable to our process.
In these cases, we will arrange a reprint or refund, as appropriate.
We do not process changes in the following cases:
- The customer wishes to change the size, color, or design after having successfully placed the order.
- The product was shipped as specified but does not meet the customer's personal expectations.
